Uncover the health benefits of coffee
For
too long now, a particular myth about coffee has spread about how bad
it is for the health; how it affects you negatively in diverse ways.
While some of these things are true (besides too much of everything is
bad), let’s see the flipside and find out just how beneficial coffee can
be.

decaffeinated one thus it is not the caffeine that is the active
ingredient causing this.

can make you smarter. Well, of course, most of us take coffee to help
our brain function get that extra kick you need to start your day. The

neurotransmitters.
3.If
it can make you smarter then, you can also be sure that it will keep
the brain healthy in the long run, lowering your chances of having
Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s disease by 60 percent and 32-60 percent
respectively.
4.It protects your liver against cancer and cirrhosis if you consume about four cups per day.
5.Caffeine,
the most well-known ingredient in coffee is really great for you if you
want to lose weight. As it stimulates the nervous system, it leads to
increased metabolism and that spells weight loss.
6.Coffee
protects your body. Heavily-loaded with antioxidants, it fights against
all roaming agents in your body that cause harm.
7.It
boosts performance. Down a couple of cup of coffee just before a
workout or some labour-intensive activity, and you will be surprised by
how much energy is unleashed.
Coffee
is, therefore, not really the bad guy we make him out to be. Yes, it
can be addictive and it can also stain your teeth, amongst other things
but the health benefits are out of this world!
