Reheating leftovers is a normal tradition most people indulge in, however, research has shown that reheating some certain foods can be actually dangerous for our health. So before you get your dinner from last night into the microwave, you might want to check these foods you should never reheat in the microwave. 

Celery, spinach, and beets 

Heating up these veggies can turn your meal poisonous real quick cos the heat releases carcinogenic properties in these vegetables. So it's advisable you don't pop them into the microwave. 

Eggs

Reheating this proteinous meal and chugging them into your belly Is bad…bad…bad for your stomach! Either the egg is scrambled or boiled, reheating it can be really harmful and can throw your digestive system off-balance.

Potatoes 

Potatoes should be refrigerated immediately, keeping them at room temperature promotes the growth of botulism, a rare bacteria which can't be killed even if you reheat your meal of potatoes.

Chicken 

Now, this is a shocker, right? Who knew reheating chicken could have side effects?! Actually what happens when you microwave your chicken is that it's protein composition changes and this can lead to digestive issues.
