For your vote to count use the Index finger not the Thumb.
The Independent Nigerian Electoral Commission has given the right an proper declaration on the voting act on the 16th of Feb. As over 80million Nigerians will come out to exercise the franchise.
The Inec further declared that the right finger for our voting is the index finger. Any other voting aside from this is counted void. The inec is also calling on Nigerians to be very specific when voting so that their votes will not count.
